The S/C will make you good power. I was running 12.6 @108 with mine,but I was
also running 10lbs of boost with pure race gas,a BTM and a J&S knock detector
sensor. You can be safe a nd run 5lbs with the BTM and be safe. The problem
is the MP comp adds so much timing you really have to keep your boost down
and turn your BTM up. Both of these, of course, drop power. I dyned before
and after with the MP comp with 10lbs of boost and lost 45 rhp without it
(gulp). Don't get me wrong, you'll like the blower if you get one, but if
you get the juice, all thing s being equal, you'll be faster.
You run an automatic. You'll need about a 3500 stall to leave under boost
and to get a good 60ft. On gas, you can keep your stock stall and still 60ft
great due to the instant Tq you'll get from it. I sold my blower and with the
money did my top end and added N2O and went over a second faster with less
race gas. The guy I sold it to blew 2 head gaskets and sold it, He now is
doing the same thing I'm doing and is much happier. My.02
