I have one under each seat....my driver seat is power. I cut a piece of tile
board to
fit on top of the 2 cross bars above the motors and secured the amp to the tile
board. Its a MTX 2130. The only draw back is the seat won't go all the way down
but its adjusted fine for me. Won't work for you guys over 6'.
