It DOES apply to Rigs! Ever see the downgrade warning? High wind warning?
These are specifically for Rigs though it applies to other vehicles towing
heavy loads. An 18 wheeler is designed to tow. They throw a sleeper and a
radio in the thing to make it more livable, but towing is all it does.
Modern passenger vehicles like your Dak are designed for comfort and
handling, the towing is an extra benefit.
