The five star dealer must go through a lot of training and constant
evaluation to retain that designation. It really isn't easy. Sorry if
someone has had a bad experience at one. Just because you had a bad
experience, this does not mean all five star dealers are bad when it
comes to service. Also remember, service is only part of the game! As a
five star dealer, they solicit and pay much more attention to customer
complaints. Try speaking with the service or general manager about it.
Be open minded about it.
Having certain genetalia has nothing to do with it. That may be caused
by the service advisor, not the dealership.
