Welcome Mark, I have a 318 5spd and even if i pop the clutch with no gas my
truck will take off so it is extremely dangerous to put the remote starter in
a 5spd. I want to install it reall bad but I've contemplating this for a
long time. If it's a 5spd be very careful, most companies will NOT install
it on a 5spd.

Just an FYI

<< Welcome Mark! First, is yours an automatic or a 5-spd. manual? Automatics
are easier to install, but some companies do claim theirs can be installed
on a manual. However, they also put a disclaimer in there saying "not
responsible" if the vehicle starts while in gear, or if the clutch slips and
the vehicle takes off while already running. Check it out, and good luck!
