I got break problems.

I was changing the rear drums on my dak when I found
that the e-break was locked up on the driver side. I
finaly broke loose the cable and everthing looks
normal except the shoes wont line up perfect and wont
compress down enough to put the drums on. There is no
pressure from the break line as it is disconnected.
