Actually, I had to do that already when I had my Illinois license and was
going to school in Kansas; got 3 tickets in one year and had to go to
driving school (that was a pain in the a--)! I'm new to Wisconsin, so I'll
have to see what my options are.

Can't you just pay an attorney to get it dropped to a non-moving
violation and if you have to - go to a "defensive driving class". I
haven't gone to the class, but in MO it's not much of a problem to get a
ticket reduced to a non-moving charge. The attorney won't be cheap, but
it could save your insurance in the long run. Just a thought. Good luck.
