I'm in Leesburg.
If you're passing me and I'm only going 60, then you shouldn't be
driving that fast or going 2-wide on the off-ramp! :-)
My left brain hemisphere and right foot have constant disagreements, but
the foot gives up (on public roads) at about 85mph or so.
