Hehehe... No worries, I think you've got 4x4 goo. If you look on the inside
of the wheel/rim you'll probably see globs of grease there. If you look up at
the lower ball joint you'll see a zirk fitting and a rubber boot. You'll
probably be able to see where the grease is oozing out from around the boot.

I would hope the dealer lubed 'em at 40,000km (I do mine ever 6,000 miles which
is ?km) and it's normal to get some ooze afterwards. When it rains the grease
does tend to run (kinda like mascara (sp?)) all over the outside of the front
wheels.

it is a 4x4 tom. i've never greased the front end. would the dealer due
that on the 40000km check up? it was in a month ago.
