Oops...almost forgot something VERY important on the example:

Granted, the Toqrue multiplication is greater on the 1st gear scenario
(4.10:1) than on 2nd or 3rd...but it is easier to control the wheel-spin in
1st with the right amount of "leg power" (throttle).
