Would the high-riser be a problem with a Supercharger? Where, cost, and
could it be installed by average person?

More than likely...yes.

Poweraid claimed a maximum of 10HP on the Dakota/Durango version at higher
rpm's. I agree that it's not quite up there...but top-end acceleration has
improved slightly for me. I'm leaving mine on for a while to get a good
feel for it. (And waiting for my G-Tech to be returned...hopefully soon.)
