Hypertech PTM and "check engine" light

Hey guys,

    I installed my new PTM yesterday and the truck runs GREAT!!!!! The only
problem is now, after about 30 miles, my check engine light is on. I'd heard
this was a problem before, and that they'd fixed it. My PTM is "rev B". Any
idea what might be causing this?
