Hey Bernd,
I'm working at Berlis body shop now (on Grand Ave. Parkway), and my truck
still has a slight ping on 89 octane. I have the 180 thermo, exhaust, cold air
using stock airbox, and one range colder spark plugs (motorcraft-don't give me
crap about having Ford plugs, these things are the best plugs I've had in it)
and brand new Taylor Spiro-Pro's. Taking off my 14" open element eliminated
most of the pinging on 89, it is now only at WOT (w/ the open air cleaner I
MUST run 92 or better). Since you live in P'ville and wanted to run it on
someones pinging truck feel free to stop by.

I like my new job, my boss has an SS/T (which I drive more than him), a
Durango and a Stealth. John Neff knows this shop well :(. Like the new job on
the tailgate John?

Erich 98 ext. cab V8 5spd.
