As per our last communication 12/29/99 you were to ship the agreed upon
front differential skid plate for a late model Dodge Dakota 4x4. If this
item has indeed shipped please provide me with the courier used and a
tracking number for the aforementioned skid plate -OR- please send me a
money order as a refund for the $30 U.S. funds money order that I sent to
you. Approximately one week ago I read in the DML where Jon Smith (another
DML subscriber)also was waiting for a skid plate he had requested to
purchase from you and that you had agreed to.
So to summarize, you have three choices:
1.) Ship me the skid plate that we agreed upon.
2.) Provide me with a tracking number from the courier you shipped it
through.
-OR-
3.) Send me a refund money order for the ($30 U.S. funds) amount of the
agreed upon.
I apologize for being so formal and perhaps a bit rude, but I think that I
have given you (in good faith) more than adequate time in which to fulfill
your end of our agreement. I have proof that you received the registered
letter that I sent the money order in. Two weeks have since passed and I
have neither received the skid plate or any communication from you assuring
me that it is indeed in route. In the event that you misplaced both my
e-mail address and shipping address, simply reply to me at
sandman@linkup.net and I can supply you with my mailing address.
