I got this stuff. its in a tube. it dries to a hard rubber and can be
sanded. Its called 3M Drip check sealer. Not sure where you can get it but a
 home improvement place should have it. Ive used it for differnet things and
it dries to the point where it can be sanded and painted. the bad p[art is
it takes a while to cure . you can always use that epoxy stuff that comes in
the twin syringe looking thing you buy at the suto parts store
