Sorry to say but the story was one sided since the Silverado that was given
to them was not top of the line truck from Chevy but the average build and
the Tundra was. But if you compare the 6000 Vortec against the that Tundra,
the Chevy will out run it with it standard rear.

That is the reason why the Tundra out accelerates the Ram, F-150, and
Silverado. If you have 4.10 gears in all of the trucks, the Tundra would
come in last. That is Toyota's way of trying to be as good as the trucks
that are made in the USA.
