RE: 1st Door Dinger

Here is something from another forum that I belong to. Hope it helps.

...That said, it was extremely unhappy when someone put a really nice ding
in the rear door of my five-day-old
CR-V. Had it been tiny, I might have let it go -- it's going to happen
sooner or later. But this was a very
apparent crease, and the vehicle SHOULD look new longer than this. I was
bummed. A friend recommended
Dent Wizrad, a paintless dent repair place. I checked out some car forums
online (the search engine took me
to BMW, Porsche. etc.) that had good things to say about the place, and took
it in. I'm not in the habit of
commercial endorsements, but this was amazing. When they were done, you
could never tell it had been hit,
and the cost was, I thought, very reasonable ($100). And it took only an
hour. I guess in some cases they
charge the same for up to four dings. In any case, I won't be running it in
for every little spot, but for this one
at this time, I'm very grateful this could be done easily and fairly
inexpensively.
