Just curious first off, but how are you going to clear 35's? I know it can
be done, but how are you going to accomplish this? As far as the 35's BFG
MTs go, $150 looks to be a good price from what I have seen in all the 4WD
magazines. Are you getting rims also? If so, most offroad tire shops will
ship them tires/rims pre-balanced. If not, then just start calling around,
as I have heard it can be tough finding a shop with the CORRECT equipment to
balance big meats likes 35" tires. I really though those Daks have a larger
than 8.25 rear axle; something more like a 9.25, bought I could be wrong. I
know my GenII Dak has 7.25 front/8.25 rear, but I thought they upgraded to a
large/beefier rear and especially front end.. I think your Dak has a hybrid
Dana 35C front diff. As far as prices and availablilty, try these places for
prices and they even should be able to confirn the hybrid Dana 35C front end
as well as what the rear is:
