Rebuilding an engine and torque readings

I thought my Hayes manual had the bolt torque-down readings so I can put my
engine back together but apparently not. I need to know how much I should
torque down the Cylinder head bolts, rocker arm bolts, Valve cover bolts,
intake and exhaust manifold bolts. Please if you know write back ASAP, as I'm
in the middle of it and trying to minimize downtime.
