Any idea on when this kit will be available? (And cost?)

This is for a '99 R/T... and.. I don't have A/C

I also want to get the new Mopar 2000 catalog, as I heard there are a set of
alum. heads available for us now! I think the heads/cam/intake manifold
would make a nice combo, eh?
