Don't even get me started on that stinkin' filter! Have you figured out
how to get that shield off without breaking it? (I haven't tried yet, it
just seems like it's about to break when I tug on it.) It would be alot
easier without the shield there. For now I just buy those cheepo $1.50
shop towels at checker, put the towel up through the hole and spread it
out. When I take off the filter it drips all over the towel, then I just
throw the towel away! (Of course I dispose of it "properly"). Worked for
me so far! 1.50 every 3000 miles is a small price to pay to keep that
baby clean!
