You should be able to upgrade to the 130amp (I believe that's what the
rating is on mine but I haven't checked it in a while.) Comes with the H/D
Electrical group.
I run the ASP Crank Pulley, 16" electric fan, Stereo + Three amps (100w,
100w, 250w), CB, and Dual-eRam (with the defroster running) and haven't had
any problems.

Subject: Re: DML: elec. fan and pulleys and sway bar
I have a very nice stereo system. 500m pushing 4-12" subs and an autotek
running highs. Anyways. I have ASP underdrives for my 97 dakota wish has
the 127? amp alt. and I get low voltage "check engine" lights all the time.
If i don't drive on the highway. as soon as I come to a stop, the light
will
beep on. (this is when I DON'T have my stereo on) when I crank up the
stereo, power up the 80 watt hyperwhites, with h-3 100 watt foglights, and
heater, voltage goes WAY down. (which is also not good for the amps) I
wouldn't recommend installing the alt pully.

<< Has anybody installed pulleys on a 92 V6? which
ones-march, asp or any others? If so, did you have to
get a bigger alternator---I am powering an amplifier
for my stereo and I am really concerned about screwing
up the electrical system. Is there that much
difference with the pulleys? Summit said about 10 hp
with the March power and amp 3 piece set....ASP said 6
hp with just the crank pulley.
