This is not entirely correct. the 5.9L is/was only available with an
automatic in the ram 1500. The 2500 and 3500 are available in stick with
any engine, including the 5.9L, 8.0L and Cummins. The Manual they use is
the NV4500. Basically, the NV3500 from our trucks with an Iron casing.
