Don't know about the second one, but the first is just oxidation (rust)
on the rotors. Nothing to get worried about, all disc brakes that I've
seen do it to some degree; a few stops and it's gone. Let the truck sit
overnight tonight, in the morning take a look at the rotors. They'll
have some spots on them. Pull out of your driveway, drive up the street
a tad (maybe 30 mph), come to a stop, and take a look at them. Should
be clean, or at least cleaner.
