After the diff cover is put on, and all the bolts are tightened down, do I
still have to wait for the RTV to cure even more or can I start filling the
diff with fluid?
Nope just fill up. tip for you. what i do is run a bead on the cover itself than i take a old putty knife and spread the silicone on the contact area like it was butter on toast. than bolt it up and fill with fluid
