17" wheels. R/T Suspension with stock sport tires?

Well.. How much would some decent 17" wheels cost? How about tires like the
R/T has. If I put the R/T suspension on a stock sport+, would it still look
ok until I can afford to buy the new rims/tires?

p.s. is there a better suspension for the same cost as a R/T suspension
[about 450] that is only a 1" drop.?
