Yep, Bill speaks the truth. I couldn't get a good charge with a 3 piece
underdriven pulley set, so I went back to the stock alternator pulley. I'm
still having charging problems, but my battery is just about dead, so I'm
hoping that is part of the problem.

Yep, another good point. If you change belts and/or pullies, watch
that clearance! I went through 2 tanks before I got smart and installed
an aftermarket one out of harm's way. They're not very expensive from the
dealer (even less expensive for the aftermarket one) but its still a pain to
have to patch them up with duct tape and keep replacing it all the time. :-)
