That is IF you can afford those amps.
More realistically, An autotek 400xi or 800xi would kick some serious butt.
I used to have my autotek 300xi on the MTX t-5000s and it pounded them pretty
hard. I couldn't turn up the volume any more with the autotek than with all
my other mucho money amps (lanzar opti-50c, phoenix gold zx500v.2, MTX 2150x,
MTX 2300x, and a RF power 500M.) All these amps are capable of blowing the
t-5000s with the exception of the MTX 2150x... But they also cost with the
least expensive one over 500 dollars in retail. (of course I didn't pay that
much, but just giving you an idea)

PS. more of asking what amps are great, because I can give you great amps
all day, how about telling us how much you're willing to spend?

 great.

just wanted to ask what amp people are running with the thunderforms and the
standard mtx thunder 5000s? I allready have it installed in the truck, and
I cant decide what amp to use.
