The other thing to check is connectors. At about 100,000 miles my '92 V6 Dak
died at a stop light. I ended up taking it to a dealer. The mechanic there said
it's a common problem for this area. (Rochester NY) The connectors under the
hood corroded. The computer couldn't fire the coil. The other couple of things
that needed replaced then was the distributer bushing and the drive gear.
