4.7L sounds?

Well. I don't know if I'm just wierd and picky, or if my dak makes wiered
sounds. Does any of your guys 4.7l auto make any noises? On
acceleration/de-accel? Mine makes the following:

1) Kinda a gooshing type sound on acceleration. Almost like a slight whine
2) When you stop, you hear it downshift, and it's like a "grrr" type sound.
Any others sounds your expiericng? Are you expieriencing similar sounds?
