I don't know if this helps but I was curious and looked up some info at
switchboard.com it's one of those people locator websites. I did a search
on Patrick Graham and it showed someone who might be affiliated with R&D.
Here is what it showed:

I know it lists nine Patrick Graham's but there is only one who lives close
to Bradenton the city in which R&D was supposed to be located in. You might
notice that Sarasota is about 15 to 20 miles south of Bradenton on the map
in the following link:
