NO! the crank sensor is mounted near the flywheel/torque converter and is
aimed at
3 or 4 notches (V6 or V8) in the flywheel/torque converter. There is a synch
sensor in thedistributor that is used to synchonize the fuel injection
sequence to the firing order.
