How was the vehicle marked? Was it "as is", 30 or 60 day warranty? If it
has a warranty, by law the seller must stand behind it. It they won't, I
believe this falls into the small claims court arena. If you don't feel the
problems are worth fighting over, how old is the truck? Does it have any of
the original Chrysler warranty remaining?
