If the bolt is still exposed from the block when you take your manifold
off, then get some visegrips and take he rest of it out (after soaking it
in WD-40 or some other lightweight penetrating oil). If it's broke to the
block surface, get an EZ-out and drill the center, and screw in the
EZ-out. If you damage the block threads, re tap the block. If the threads
are too far gone, then install a helicoil.
