I have had a manifold bolt broken off for about 2 years now. I once took the
manifold almost all the way off just to find it is broken off flush with the
block. I did manage to take out all the stock bolts and replace them with
new ones, in case they were getting brittle too. To this day, that bolt is
still in the block. I have NO clue how it happened, I just noticed it one
day. I dont have any leaks, none that I can hear anyways. I might try to
take it out one day, but I doubt it :)
