12.50" wide tire. I know I need to go with an offset rim, but I don't want to cut any metal.

You hardly ever get the actual advertised amount of lift in a lift kit. I'd
find out what kind of tire you can fit with the rancho kit, dont be
concerned with the advertised number of inches. What kinda width does that
36 in tire have?
