According to the people at the NOS website, they tested and it works. Some
of the Stangs they represent were doing under 8's runs.

I brought this up a few months back--my idea was to go the S/C route at a
mild boost level, like 5 or 6 pounds. That way drivin around town you got
plenty of extra power on tap but the motor would still be very reliable.
So after that you pick yourself up a small bottle of NO2 maybe 50-shot, and
have the little red button installed when ya wanna lay the smack down on
someone. If ya smell what 'ole Franky is cookin!!!!
hehehe

I'm no mechanic so i'm not sure what type of problems you might have with a
setup like this, pinging, running lean-->knocking, etc, etc.

But after seeing those pictures off the net of that guy's Maxima blown to
SH#T!!! i don't think that i'm ever gonna risk messing with the funny gas.
Just my opinion, and i know lots of folks on the list have used the juice
and are completely confident with the safety factor, but i am not.

But that's just my opinion, i could be wrong,
