Dude. most phone companies are like that too. They just don't know the
meaning of "no" Anyways. They're just people trying to make comission. If
you don't like what they're saying. just hang up.

 mail telling me to call this 800 number for "information concerning my
 vehicle". Of course I assumed this was a recall or TSB notice, so I just
 spend 30 min. on hold to find out that this was just an attempt to get me to
 buy the extended warranty coverage. I politely told her I can do most of my
 own work, and the b#@ch was really rude, sarcastically asking if I was
 "certified" and if I was an expert at rebuilding transmissions. After
 trying to be courteous for a while, I finally just hung up on her cuz she
 wouldn't take no for an answer. Moral of the story: if you just bought
 your truck, don't waste your friggin time if they send you this card in the
 mail.... >>
