You should follow up with a complaint to the dealer. The QC manager has to
investigate this and report it to the company. Benz do not like this type
of business. I sure she will get some A#S kicking.

I just got my 00 Dak last month and last week I got a little card in the
mail telling me to call this 800 number for "information concerning my
vehicle". Of course I assumed this was a recall or TSB notice, so I just
spend 30 min. on hold to find out that this was just an attempt to get me to
buy the extended warranty coverage. I politely told her I can do most of my
own work, and the b#@ch was really rude, sarcastically asking if I was
"certified" and if I was an expert at rebuilding transmissions. After
trying to be courteous for a while, I finally just hung up on her cuz she
wouldn't take no for an answer. Moral of the story: if you just bought
your truck, don't waste your friggin time if they send you this card in the
mail....
