Not true. On the 99's they changed the design a bit. The outer small bulbs
have a different housing than the previous 2 years. For the 99's you have to
get out a dremel, hacksaw, or whatever you can cut the plastic edge off and
make it level to fit the bulb in. It is fairly simple, and you shouldn't
need to pay someone else to do it. With the money you pay someone else to do
it, you could go out and buy a dremel. I guarantee you will have a use for
the dremel again.
