The last law I heard about regarding this was only about the
amount of catalyst in the vehicle. THe law said that you cannot have more
than the amount that the car came with. Usually thiis is not a problem
with true duels as long as you put cats on that are half the size. Here in
ohio I have many friends who have put true duels on, and have passed the
smog test with no problems...
