Frank W J - Although this subject has been magically transformed into a
spray in bed liner discussion I did want you and others to know that there
is another cargo bar out there which I bought when I had my Ram it is called
save-a-load. It operates similar to the one you described, however, instead
of a racheting mechanism it actually has a small hydraulic pump; I still
have mine and it works really well. The web site is at
