I have 3 '99 F550s, two '99 F350s all with powerstrokes, i also have 6 older
('95 - '98) f250s and F350 powerstrokes. The only problem i have had is
with the transmission/transfercase on a new F550, blew it out on the
interstate along with both driveshafts (no it was not in 4wd) it lifted up
the entire rear of the truck (custom HEAVY flatbed) and shifted it like a
foot to the left... that was crazy, but i run my engines very high in miles
and haven't had a single problem with any of them.
