Well, Somehow. After 70K miles, some of my problems went away. (or maybe I
just fixed all of it) but I have 73k on my 97 dakota v6. yep! close to 30k
a year! (bought it in LATE 97. think it was november, and at the time I
didn't even have my licenses yet, so I had to wait another 3 months before I
finished my driving class, so that's how i get the 30k figure)

I would buy the extended warranty, but you have to ask yourself if your truck
has any problems, and if you're just gonna do highway driving, that's not
really stressful on teh engine, you should save the 1,000 bucks. but come
back and say "oh, Dester, you bastard! you told me not to buy it and now my
tranny's gone, engine's pinging, and my rear-end fell off!"

 60K or 70K?? is that true??? I'm thinking I spend $1000 now
to save myself several thousand later??
