Check out the pictures on my site and you'll see how I did it.

Regular "hidden" tie-downs mounted through the top/sides of the bed (double
wall) and secured with Grade-8 bolts and aircraft nuts. They've been on
there since the second month I owned the truck and have even held down a
industrial refrigerator with the ratchet straps overly tight.
