I am sorry I started this... I just asked a question on the technical
operation of the front page of the rt web site which I had a link to, and
visited before... it now seems that the page was being updated, and that was
the purpose of my origonal post, to find if I had the right address, and if
the page was working. I knew that this page was open, and never intended to
start any conflicts.
