My '96 FSM has a whole section in the back dedicated to connectors and it seems
that just about all of them are made by Thomas & Betts. If you are not in the
electrical, network cabling, or communications business you probably have not
heard of them. Then again you may have. I don't know about being custom made
for each application though.
