Yes you are correct. All of the transfer cases are made right here in
Syracuse atthe New Venture Gear Plant. We also make the transmissions for
neons as well as viscouos couplings and other drivelione components. Our
other plant in Muncie Indiana makes transmissions and there will be a
plant opening in Germany in a year or so.
