John Calvert is a long time Stock eliminator car owner and driver. Don
Keen drove for him for a long time. Always big block, 4 speed, Mustangs.
>From what I've heard its really a garage operation with Calvert and his
father making them.
In the staging lanes, just before the one and only time I raced John
Calvert, a friend comes over and tells me he heard the Calvert guys and
apparently Calvert himself dishing on my dad (a two time NHRA Stock World
Champ driving Mopars). I treed him with like a .507 light and took the
win.
I've got a serious adversion to the idea of sending my money his way, but
it is apparently a good product.
