tranny: 5 speed NV4500 (you'll wax a 3500 in a heartbeat, and the 4500
bolts right up to a 360) new: 3000
rearend: at least 1500
various speeding tickets: $15,034,123,345.97 =)
here are a few more things to consider. these are things I'm comin'
across: Radiator, motor mounts, you'll have to relocate the tranny
crossmember back a few inches, since the NV manuals are longer than the
AX ones. Also, shorter driveshaft (you could find one out of a Dak V8).
Misc things like a flywheel and flexplate, sensors and other goodies,
wiring stuff, and beer. =)
